Carola Davis is an experienced insurance professional, specializing in designing and structuring settlements for personal injury cases, clients with special needs, and taxable payouts to avoid higher tax brackets. She has more than 25 years of diversified insurance experience and 11 years specializing in structured annuity business. Her broad background in structured settlements, litigation support, and estate tax issues brings an invaluable asset to the settlement table. She is licensed in Life and Health, Disability, and Structured Annuities.

Ms. Davis works with attorneys, claims personnel and risk managers to effectively design and negotiate structured settlements in a wide range of areas. Her personal experience with Special Needs Trust assists the attorneys in reaching settlement when SSI and Medicaid benefits are involved, with consideration to coordinating government benefits. She also assists the attorney in determining accurate distributions to meet the needs outlined in Life Care Plans and documenting the file with highest due diligence for structured annuity.

She is a member of the International Association for Financial Planning and a member of the National Structure Settlement Trade Association.
