Craig Eirich is a settlement specialist and the owner of Settlement Partners, LLC, a company providing superior settlement services. He has over 35 years of solid business experience with a broad background in finance, economics, management, and structured settlements.
Noted for his outstanding problem-solving abilities and breaking conventional molds in effectively resolving issues, Craig has been instrumental in the successful conclusion of numerous cases involving clients with special needs. His knowledge in public and private benefits programs and his expertise in designing creative structured settlements to meet the individual needs of each claimant enable him to provide invaluable assistance to both the attorney and his/her client throughout the entire settlement process.

In addition, Craig conducts informational workshops and is a frequent lecturer for continuing education programs. He is a member of Summit Settlement Services and the National Structured Settlement Trade Associations as well as a founding member of the Society of Settlement Planners.
Michael is a Settlement Specialist with Settlement Partners, LLC, a company providing superior settlement services. He has over 30 years of solid business experience with a broad background in finance, management and structured settlements. He began his financial service career in 1979 earning his bachelors degrees in Finance and Industrial Relations from Purdue University.
After college, Michael joined the securities division of Northern Trust Bank in Chicago, Illinois. In the early 1980's he left Northern Trust Bank to become general manager and later regional financial officer for Diversifoods, Inc. During this next several years Michael was instrumental in setting up innovative accounting systems and new controls in the thirteen units in which he was involved.
Michael settled in Denver in the late 1980's where he became an independent financial representative. He later joined Summit Settlement Services, one of the industry's largest and most prestigious structured settlement firms with offices throughout the nation. In early 1999 he united with Settlement Partners, a member company with Summit and a leading settlement consulting group based in Denver, Colorado, which specializes in the needs of individuals with personal injury or workers compensation claims. During his extensive career Michael's expertise in business planning along with structured settlements has assisted hundreds of individuals in achieving their financial goals.
Michael is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association. He has successfully achieved the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant fulfilling the postgraduate requirements at the University of Notre Dame. He is also a founding Member of the Society of Settlement Planners and is an advocate for Plaintiff rights.

Don Hafner is the founder, former owner and currently a settlement specialist with Settlement Partners, LLC, a company providing superior settlement services. He has more than 50 years of solid business experience with a broad background in structured settlements, mediation/litigation support, private and public benefits (SSI, Medicaid, SSDI, Medicare), insurance, accounting, taxes, finance and business management.
He graduated from Dakota Wesleyan University with a B.A. Degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting and Economics. His past work experience is extensive and includes:

Don provides exceptional mediation/litigation support, specializing in clients with special needs and designs personalized structured settlements. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer for continuing education programs, conducts seminars and workshops and has co-hosted a local radio business program.
He is a member of Summit Settlement Services, Inc., and the National Structured Settlement Trade Association. He is active in the community and has received awards of recognition for his service.
CAROLA DAVIS
SETTLEMENT SPECIALIST
Carola Davis is an experienced insurance professional, specializing in designing and structuring settlements for personal injury cases, clients with special needs, and taxable payouts to avoid higher tax brackets. She has more than 35 years of diversified insurance experience and 20 years specializing in the structured annuity business. Her broad background in structured settlements, litigation support, and estate tax issues brings an invaluable asset to the settlement table. She is licensed in Life and Health, Disability, and Structured Annuities.
Ms. Davis works with attorneys, claims personnel and risk managers to effectively design and negotiate structured settlements in a wide range of areas. Her personal experience with Special Needs Trust assists the attorneys in reaching settlement when SSI and Medicaid benefits are involved. She also assists attorneys in determining accurate distributions to meet the needs outlined in Life Care Plans.
She is a member of the Financial Planning Association and a member of the National Structure Settlement Trade Association.
